Introducing Synthesis Circles

A Series of Heart-Centered Community Experiences to Inspire, Prepare, and Integrate Your Journey with Psychedelics

At Synthesis, we believe psychedelics are far more than molecules or tools for clinical outcomes—they are catalysts for deeply sacred and relational journeys, holding the potential to ignite personal breakthroughs, reconnect us with our capacity for mystical experiences, and open pathways to greater purpose and well-being

Beyond individual transformation, psychedelics invite us to remember our interconnectedness—a crucial shift for humanity to mature and thrive amidst the crises of our times. They invite us to live more virtuously, deepening our connection with ourselves, others, and the wider non-human world. These blessed gifts of nature remind us that we are an integral part of a greater whole while supporting the healing of our psyches, the wholeness of our communities, and the restoration of our planet.

Yet, these rich dimensions are often overlooked in mainstream narratives, which disproportionately focus on the compounds themselves or their clinical applications. As access to psychedelics continues to expand, there is a growing need for intimate, community-oriented spaces that explore the broad and multifaceted dimensions of psychedelic-supported healing and wholeness.

At Synthesis, we’ve guided over 1,100 participants through safe and legal psychedelic journeys and trained more than 500 psychedelic practitioners using an ethical, trauma-informed, and interdisciplinary approach to psychedelic care. From this extensive experience, we’ve learned that true transformation lies not just in the psychedelic experience itself but in how we prepare for it, hold the container for its unfolding, and, most importantly, integrate its insights into everyday life.

This is why we’re launching Synthesis Circles, a series of online community experiences dedicated to creating a nurturing, intimate, and sacred space for connection, meaning-making, and holistic care.

These gatherings aim to educate and inspire individuals to live more connected and fuller lives while staying informed about the latest holistic practices in psychedelic preparation, harm reduction, and integration.

Join the Synthesis Circles community to:

  • Discover holistic and practical tools for psychedelic education, including harm reduction, preparation, and integration.
  • Experience meaningful practices such as sound healing, breathwork, meditation, and somatic techniques to deepen your journey with psychedelics.
  • Learn from experienced facilitators, past retreat participants, and thought leaders who explore spiritual, philosophical, and nature-based frameworks for meaning-making.

Synthesis Circles offers a unique opportunity to reconnect with yourself, others, and the world around you—within a nurturing and sacred online space.

Join Our Inaugural Synthesis Circles Event:
Psychedelic Q&A + Sacred Workshop
Sunday, January 19th, at 9 AM PT / 12 PM ET / 6 PM CET

This inaugural 75-minute live online event is thoughtfully divided into two parts, designed to foster connection, clarity, and inspiration as you explore your next psychedelic journey.

PART ONE – Psychedelic Retreat Q&A:

We’ll begin by addressing your most pressing questions about attending a psychedelic retreat, including:

  • How do I know if I am suited for psilocybin?
  • What does your health screening process entail?
  • What are the risks or side effects of psilocybin mushrooms or truffles?
  • What are the common outcomes and challenges of retreat participants?
  • What’s the schedule for a 5-day retreat like?
  • How does Synthesis support first-time journeyers?
  • Are your retreats spiritual or shamanic in nature? How do you weave together clinical and spiritual aspects?
  • And more!

PART TWO – Sacred Practice:

Following the Q&A, you’ll be invited to immerse yourself in a live sound-healing and breathwork session. This experiential practice, led by Costanza di Prisco, Synthesis Lead Facilitator, is carefully designed to cultivate inner awareness and connect with others in a meaningful online space.

What You’ll Need:

  • Comfortable seating options (cushions, mats)
  • Comfortable clothing
  • Water

Meet Your Hosts

This gathering features Costanza di Prisco, Synthesis Lead Facilitator, alongside other Synthesis retreat facilitators, Juan Tepui, Mary Bradin, and Bernardino Machado. They’ll share personal journeys with psilocybin and the sacred ways this medicine inspires their work, offering insights into how Synthesis bridges ancient wisdom with modern science to create transformative retreat experiences.

Event Details:

  • Date: Sunday, January 19, 2025
  • Time: 9 AM PT / 12 PM ET / 6 PM CET
  • Duration: 75 minutes
  • Location: Online (Zoom)

Why Join Live?

While a recording of the Q&A will be available, the second portion of the gathering—our shared breathwork and sound-healing session—will not be recorded to preserve its intimate and sacred nature. We encourage you to join us live for the full experience.
